Validor Capital Acquires a Majority Stake in The Boehm Pressed Steel

Boca Raton, FL, March 31, 2017 — Validor Capital, a private investment firm, announced today that it has acquired a majority interest in The Boehm Pressed Steel Company (“BPS” or the “Company”) based in Valley City, Ohio.

Bob Boehm, former President and Bill Reis, Executive Vice President, retained a significant minority equity position in BPS.  Mr. Boehm will remain on the Board of the Company and Mr. Reis will continue in his current day-to-day executive role.

BPS specializes in providing customers with innovative solutions through tight-tolerance, deep draw stampings.  It offers cradle-to-grave support, including engineering and supply chain solutions.  The Company can assist in the design of products with CAD and 3D simulation software, provide prototype tooling, and complete project management.  Its supply chain support includes fabrication, assembly, inventory management, and Kanban shipping.  To ensure complete customer satisfaction and to protect intellectual property, BPS entirely designs, builds, and maintains its own tools on-site in northeast Ohio.
