Stephen P. Noe
OPERATING PARTNER

Mr. Noe is a senior operating executive with over 20 years of private equity experience in both operating and investor roles. Steve is responsible for working with portfolio management teams to formulate and implement value creation initiatives, acquire and integrate add-on acquisitions and achieve operational excellence.

Mr. Noe joined Validor Capital in June 2019 and is the Executive Chairman of Marwin Corporation and serves on the Board of Directors of Boehm Pressed Steel and BICO Steel. Select past board memberships include Edsco Corporation, Eiko Holdings, and Sportexe Construction Services. Previously, Mr. Noe worked at Charter Oak Equity and prior to that at a number of private equity owned companies in a variety of C-level positions. Mr. Noe’s industry experience spans chemicals, industrial manufacturing, distribution, and construction services.

Mr. Noe earned his BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
